**Colour-block trend for summer**

Hello my dear Readers! I am sure you have seen this trend all over the magazines and internet but I just can't get enough of the various combinations we can have with one colour items. Take inspiration from designers such as Christopher Kane, Gucci, Loewe and Jil Sander and play with solid blocks of clashing yet complimentary bright Spring shades for a clean take on this trend. Skinny jeans are set for a Spring makeover. Be brave with colour and choose denim in hot hues of fuschia or tangerine to be on-trend with the colour block look. **My trip to Mint Velvet store in Windsor**

I always wanted to do a post about the Mint Velvet so here is a great occasion to do it. Two weeks ago I went to Windsor and I saw they have this beautiful store there. I was in touch previously with a lovely Beth Francis from the PR team and I asked her if she won’t mind me visiting the store again and taking some pictures so I can share it with you.

Mint Velvet is an online shop with few stand-alone boutiques based in Tunbridge Wells, Chichester, Windsor and can be found in premium department stores such as House of Fraser, Fenwicks and John Lewis in UK. They know so well how to mix vintage and modern fixtures alongside unique personal touches, handpicked finds and scented candles.

I went to visit the store with my friend and we absolutely loved it. The Store Manager, Jenni was lovely and she explained how the boutiques are design and how they can help clients with finding the right clothes to suits them. Using the clothes from the store they put this lookbook so when a client like a particular item they can show them how to style it with shoes and accessories. Another thing which I have noticed about the store is the beautiful calm décor with clothes hanging in a colour coordinated way so you feel the flow of colours and textures. All clothes are very good quality, beautiful fabrics such as lace, cotton, wool, leather and they are so wearable. Very stylish and comfortable at the same time due to a great quality of the materials. After visiting this store and seeing the clothes I had to buy something and I am so pleased with my purchase :)

**Bags from the runway - A/W 2011**

Fashion Shows are still on and so much been going on - I am absolutelty loving it! Designers have  been showing amazing collections and even though we are still desperetly waiting for summer we can start slowly planning winter outfits and what accessorties we can get to complete the look.
